Simplest method to change a user from one group to another

What is the simplest way of changing the users group. I dont see any option available in edit users section in admin panel.

As of now what i understand is that i need to remove user from existing group (groups option admin menu) and add it into new group using same groups option in admin menu.

Is there any other way out where i dont have to remove and then add, i can just do all at one place.

Xoops 2.0.9 beta has this functionality in edit user
