How do I add a link to the User Menu?

Hey guys-
Can someone tell me how to add links to my user menu? I can't seem to figure it out. This brings up an additional question- where do I add member's pages- ie- the pages that they can only see once they login? How/where do I go to do that?

Go edit the user templated
