I have an strange problem with the theme's block...

When im like Inveted i see all ok, but when i login the title (all the bar) of the rigth block are smaller than the body block

example... The full block size its 80 pixels... but when i log on the title bar of the block are 60 pixels and the body 80 pixels...

Other cuestion about the same....
The rigth block istn in the top of the page.. Its a little more down compared with the fisrt left block...

Any clue?
