I had a go at cloning the faq module,

All seems to work other than this notice,

Use of undefined constant _MI_XOOPSFAQ3_NAME - assumed '_MI_XOOPSFAQ3_NAME'

Just give me a quick prod in the right direction.

Did you check to see if that notice was there prior to you cloning the module? Have you used a good text editor to seartch for the _MI_XOOPSFAQ_NAME string throughout the module?

Thanks Brash, found the issue now,
typical stuggle all day, post up the issue and then find it ten minutes later.

Have another issue though with the news module,

I get this warning,

Warning [Xoops]: Smarty error: unable to read template resource: "db:news2_item.html" in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1042

Don't know where to start on this one!
