Changing the color(s) of...'newbb_submenu'?

Is it possible to change the background of the links, "Forum options", "Topic options", "Rate Thread", "Search Forum"...etc? (The background of the links, not the bg of the popup menu)

I've tried looking at the Stylecss file in the XOOPS templates but that doesn't seem to be it. Help please?
