Guys, would you be kind enough to grant my wish?

Ok, i'm looking for module that can handle my tech tips, which is like an FAQ module. example,

I have categories of these tech tips, now, a tech tips can be published on a certain date and can expire on a certain date, it's exactly the same as the news module, but the archive should have categories too, because the news module archives the documents by published date.

The FAQ module is just fine but there is no publish and expiration date. The news module is just fine with the dates and they have categories too, but the archiving is not grouped according to category. Also, can it have a search engine just looking on that module even the archives are included.

SmartFAQ should satify all these needs, except publish/expire. Thats an unusual feature for a faq.

Thanks for the reply, Smart FAQ is ok, but i need a module that can publish or expire an article. Because we're going to have tech tips every week and archive a tip every month.

I still think SmartFAQ will be your best bet. If setting a publish/expiration date function is the only need SmartFAQ doesn't met, then it shouldn't cost too much to get it modified to your needs. Might even be an idea to float your requirements to the SmartFAQ developers, you never know they might think it worthwhile including them into the module for free.
