report desnt send to moderator. i dont know this is a bug or i cant set this correctly

I'm using RC2 and it is working fine for me .

what version are you using? i also use rc2.. and it's working...

i dont know how it works?
the report must send to moderator as a pm?
now in my site reports show in admin section but i think reports must send to moderators. am i wrong?
