Tell your friend to ask vbulletin for a licence, they will probably give her/him a licence. As long as they have proof that they arent getting ripped off by someone. I do not trust the invision board company as they have changed their tos and policy many times in the last 6 months, lied about many things they said, and now, they wont help out for a good cause, heartless. I have seen many new vbulletin members come in because of the instability of the invision power services company.
