current online in my site is about 20 users but suddenly it goes to 60 ( 53 anon). and all users in the download section (wf-downloads) with same IP : 66.196.90.x
what is this meant?

That is Inktomi/Yahoo. If you watch the raw server log you might see that it is gently indexing the site instead of what it seems.

If you don't want your downloads indexed then put in a /robots.txt file and Disallow directories you don't want indexed.
