Hello,
My XOOPS site worked just fine in my my root folder (public_html/) where I installed it initially. But today I tried to move the site to a new folder in my root (public_html/new), and although I adjusted the virtual and physical path in mainfile.php and checked the settings of the upload, cache and template_c folders, the site will not work! I didn't touch the MySQL database and copied al the XOOPS files and folders in my new folder. Still, the page cannot be found when I type in the new folder (what doesn't make sense cause in the new folder there's the XOOPS index.php file!!).

Can somebody help??

Thanks, Z.

Did you empty the /cache and /templates_c folders? And of course you need the privs set as they were before.
