Cant save template changes

In the system>blocks>edit>edit template. I only have the button "Preview", i cant post the changes i have made. Whats wrong??

You will have to clone the template set in system admin -> templates and set it as the default template set in system admin -> preferences -> general settings before you can save changes.

This is done so that if you make an error, you can always revert back to the default template set, where things should work again.
