I transferred my site to a new host, got everything working, including the sql database. But, when I go to the administration menu, I see the error below at the top of the screen, although I can still navigate the menus. When I click on "modules" I get this message on a white screen. Any ideas?

Ok, decided to re-transfer all of my files to the new site to see if that fixed it. But now I have a new problem. On the original site I am using phpBB2 for my forums and have the site setup (General Preferences) to go directly to them when loading. After transferring, the new site opens with only the forums and no banner or modules showing on the left and right. If I change the old site to start with a XOOPS module on the opening page (and do another database transfer) then I get a blank screen on the new site. Any help is greatly appreciated.
