Can somone enlight us when to cached the module?

What is advantage and disadvantage of cached?

Even though that is a full enough description of caching

I would cache most things if you can it will dramaticly reduce loading time

As well as caching modules you can also indervidullay cache blocks in the blocks menu

Dont cache anything that needs to change regularly ie main menu,search functions
