I have been playing with 2.06 for several months now and am fairly familiar with it. I just moved to a new server which is offering 2.07 via their script installer - not Fantastico.

Please look at this page and tell me what is wrong. The admin panel is backwards, and the home page is not right, either. This is spooky!

Now, either 2.07 has changed drastically, and not for the better, or this is a faulty install. I'm thinking most certainly the latter. Please take a look and let me know what you think.
