Can't Edit Templates

I recently changed hosts, I thought everything was in working order but when I go to a template all I see is [view] and [download], no option to edit. I thought I'd chmodded all directories properly, is there something I might have missed? Thanks.

Are you editing the default template?

You have to make a clone...
