Installation complete -- then a parse error

After going through the installation process, I selected the "click Here" link to see my site. Instead I got the following:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CLONE, expecting T_STRING in /usr/web/source/html/kernel/object.php on line 528

Before I spend some considerable amount of time to figure out what happened, perhaps this is something that others have encountered and solved. Help please.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CLONE, expecting T_STRING in c:\AppServ\www\xoops\html\kernel\object.php on line 528

anyone can help us,pls.

I found the reference for problems with PHP 5 (which I'm running). Any information on when these problems might be resolved?

I had 2.0.7 instald and al vas right.

I wanted to reinstall all again but 2.0.7.3 and I have this error
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CLONE, expecting T_STRING in /home/reiki4al/public_html/kernel/object.php on line 528

I try to reinstall 2.0.7 and same error. I tried all I know and in final I ask even the host to reset the account. But still same error.

Can some body help me?
