I will try to explain as best I can.

Have downloaded and installed latest version. Everything works fine. Have played around with installing modules and blocks, the one thing I cannot figure out is as follows;

For example when you go to the XOOPS website it displays everything including the left column menus, centre content and right column content. I have been unable to display content in the center column without loging in as a user or admin.

In other words I would like to diplay information and a welcome message to new visitors in the center column before they register. How do I do that? I imagine the solution is quite simple.
