help me : my front page is totally corrupt

i install XOOPS 2.0.7.3 and i use mozilla by default and cant see any problem. but then with Ie i see my front page is totally corrupt.
i think this is a space in a php file like commom.php.
i copy that file on my test site and every thing is fine.
i dont know what is wrong ???

the problem is lycos block module.
this is realy strange but this module install in test site and every thins is ok.
