Q1. How do i put the users IP in the email i recieve wich tells me that a new user has registered

Q2. How do i track wich ip has been downloading any of the stuff i got in my download section. I would like to get a view of wich users has gotten the material, either in admin section or like it types in the files in the profile, for the user, like telling the admin that this user has downloaded the following files.. Is this possible?

Nobody can answer this.. Come on, i know there are some good coders out there...
