Web Links 1.1 : how to add a category

This might be a stupid question but... how / where do I make categories for Web Links? In my admin menu I only have: add/edit links, submit links, broken links, modified links, preferences. None of them have an option to add categories... Please help THANKS!!

Click add/edit links, you will then see add a main category and add a sub catagory, enter a name for a main category then click ADD, you can then add more catagorys or sub catagorys if you want.
