Hi, I've got a simple question but I can't find the answer to it and it's kinda frustrating .

I want to have the XOOPS News Module block on top and below that I want the XCGallery Meta Album block. I've done this by selecting the News Module as the module for my start page and via the Blocks menu in the administration menu I've selected the Meta Albums block from XCGallery. However, the News section is always BELOW the Meta Album block.

Have a look here: http://www.matthies.nl/ - you can login with guest/guest.

Any ideas how I can fix this? I've tried selecting the individual blocks from News but they don't display the same thing as when you select it as your start page module.

I had this problem, too. I couldn't save it.

default theme layout for the center is such

centerblocks
contents

contents are under the the center blocks unless you modify the theme.html file.

If you may want to check the following thread out, if you wish to to do that.
Center Block Order
