I want to use XOOPS but there is a problem...
My hosting company has one rule.. the file index.php must be in the folder /www/root/
But XOOPS structure has folders extras; html; docs
So I can install XOOPS with no problems in folder www/root/
But then... To open my site I have to type http://www.mydomainname.com/html/ instead of only http://www.mydomainname.com only..
So.. I want to install XOOPS somehow.. But my ideas are finished...

The folders html, extras and docs don't need to be placed on your server. Only the contents of the XOOPS html folder need to be on your server, and you can place those contents in the root directory or in any subdirectory.

If you place the contents of the XOOPS html folder in a subdirectory on your server, such as /xoops (which I think is tidier than placing the files in the root), then you can place an index.php in the root that redirects to /xoops:

('Location: http://example.com/xoops/'?>
