Restrict upload of images in certain categories with myAlbum-P?

Is it possible to restrict users to upload images in certain categories with myAlbum-P 2.83?

Use case:
I have on my site a special category called "images submitted by visitors": here I would like to have the possibility for visitors to upload their images. The other categories should be locked.
