Hi.
This is my problem:

If someone click on Tinycontent and he is Anonymous then he see a BLANK PAGE.

BUT, if he do first login and after click on Tinycontent then all work fine.

What does it tell you with php debug enabled?

The version of Tinycontent is 1.6 Beta .
