I'm sitting behind a cable modem, so no-ip.com looks pretty cool for a few test sites!

It appears that all you need to do is download the no-ip client "DUC" Dynamic Update Client and set up your host in your no-ip account.

From my no-ip.com activation email:

Remember that you can use our dynamic update client to automatically update your
host when your dynamic IP address changes. You can download the client at
http://www.no-ip.com/downloads.php .

xsas is a full install of Apache right?
