How to upgrade 2.0.6 - 2.0.7

Hello!

I have thought about upgrading my XOOPS site from the current 2.0.6 version to 2.0.7 and then also to 2.0.7.1....
Could anybody tell me in a simple way how to do the upgrade? I have newer done a upgrade on a XOOPS site before... I have tried to check the news on the first page here, but it sounds a bit like my install like I did the first time I set up the XOOPS site...

So , what to do, would be a nice list to have...

How did you go. I am a bit like you, have used the guides and everything to learn lots of xoops, But I just cant get the confidence (and real dummies guide)to do the update
