I am not sure

yet all i did was just ftp it over the exsiting one and in the modules admin menu just hit update

Seemed to work ok yet i am not sure if this is the right way?

1) Copy/Upload files to webserver, overwriting existing ones
2) Update System Module in module administration

That's it.
