I found a couple of free domains and hosting sites...but the one I want ot use doesnt support MySQL...I want to use them, to test a new site idea.....Question, can I use my MySQLs from my host...for that free domain account?

It depends on who your mySQL host is. For example 1&1's mySQL databases are behind their network firewalls, meaning that you can connect to them only through your hosting account on one of their servers.
