xcgal unable to create directroy albums/userpics/10002

hi,

xcgal has all of a sudden stoped working it says that unable to create " albums/userpics/10002" directory"

I did few debugings....

1. 10002 directory was already there... i renamed it to see it things become normal.. but it didnt happen.

2. gave chmod 777 to entire xcgal, still says same error.
checked for diskspace its, enough.

does anyone has any idea what might be causing the problem.

u must chmode 777 userpics and 10002 directory and not only xcgal dir
