in mydownloads & wf downloads a user can´t rate an download when writing a comment. Is it possible to get this rating option in comments "only" ?

and another question about selections.

In those moduls is a selection by rating etc possible but the output list is given for every category.

I need an top rated option or a block would be ok too for all kategorys in one list. ?

is it possible to make changes only in templates to get this ?
