Zyspec is working on improving Mylinks.

Maybe you can work with him as his Beta tester?

Anyway, all that aside, I would definitely prefer to be using the latest and greatest (and I see that 'McDonald' is geared more for the XOOPS Impression with the wf-links module, rather than XOOPS core), so I will leave the links side of things to this new version, and help test it for zyspec
