I would expect that there are 1000 milliseconds in a second.
And the fraction has to be multiplied with 1000 as in
$miliseconds = ($score intval($score)) * 1000;
if (
$miliseconds 10
{

$miliseconds "00".$miliseconds;

elseif (
$miliseconds 100
{

$miliseconds "0".$miliseconds;
}

Mili is 1000 and ghia is correct but the module does not save miliseconds. I don´t know how to call it in english. Is a cent of a second.

centisecond ( cent of a second ) = 10 milliseconds

I think it is decisecond

--------------------------------
1 second = 100 centiseconds
1 second = 1000 milliseconds
1 decisecond = 10 centiseconds
1 centisecond = 10 milliseconds
1 millisecond = 1000 microseconds
1 microsecond = 1000 nanoseconds
1 nanosecond = 1000 picoseconds
1 picosecond = 1/1,000,000,000,000 of a second
1 femtosecond = 1/1,000,000,000,000,000 of a second
--------------------------------
