You do not need 10 people to continue to promote Xoops in your language.
A community can be installed if it gets all the support and all the necessary information.
You can begin to create an official website for your country, if you no longer have one.
Even if you spend one hour a week, it is a good start.

Well my enthusiasm dwindle trough the years

Problem is that I don't want to have page that will be outdated as it was for last 2-3 years.
I don't have so much free time anymore as I had before, so I do some translations only when I need it for my clients.
