i think these 2 features are more important than a new menu (tree or flower :)) ):

1- a link to import XOOPS main menu block to multimenu (to 1 of 16 blocks?)
2- can set a link as a new, updated,... link for X days when its created or edited

It all depends on your perspective, right? If we are making suggestions, I would suggest an improvement to changing the order of menus. The up and down arrows work fine, but are a bit cumbersome if you are re-ordering a large menu set. I have wondered whether a number system might be implemented, where you would set the order of menus and submenus by setting numbers, then clicking a "sort" button.

As it is, though, multiMenu is a great module and the help has been fantastic.

Blueteen,

here is something I've noticed that is a small problem. After making the changes to add a treemenu to both my live site and barryc.net the auto-reload function of XOOPS no longer works. When logging in or off, for example, I get the usual message:

Thank you for logging in, Barry Cooper.

If the page does not automatically reload, please click here

and have to click on here to reload the page. I didn't take too much notice when this happened on my test site, but now it also occurs on my live site. Changing the treemenu back to switch vertical doesn't fix it. I am wondering if it is caused by one of the changes in the theme, but don't have time to try changing back to the previous theme file this morning.

Any suggestions?

I do not meet this bug on my test websites.

i'll try on barryc's theme.

i just think all these features are important for developing this project and they are not important for me.
- the import from main menu block doesnt important for me at all because i dont use main menu block.

- i have a static block im my site with no changes in the links. so i dont need to have a 'new' or 'updated' icon beside them.

but i need a tree menu and suggest that and im glad that you work on this way. your works are really aprreciated.

i emptied the template_c folder
and updated system_redirect.html template

wait 2 seconds for redirection (you can change this with : content="2;

<html>
<
head>
<
meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=<{$xoops_charset}>" />
<
meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="2; url=<{$url}>" />
<
title><{$xoops_sitename}>title>
<
link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" href="<{$xoops_themecss}>" />
head>
<
div style="text-align:center; background-color: transparent; border-top: 0px solid #FFFFFF; border-left: 0px solid #FFFFFF; border-right: 0px solid #AAAAAA; border-bottom: 0px solid #AAAAAA; font-weight : bold;">
<
h4><{$message}>h4>
<
p><{$lang_ifnotreload}>p>
div>
<{if
$xoops_logdump != ''}><div><{$xoops_logdump}>div><{/if}>
html>

Interesting:

I had emptied templates_c and updated both the system module and multimenu, but redirection was still stalled. It must have been the updating of system_redirect.html that fixed it. Another lession learned.

to correct : [#] = PMs waiting link,

As I might change some menu items, I decided on a simpler solution, which was just to add a note to the bottom of the template for that block. You can see that on aka.org
