The publisher rss template in the theme is broke again.

Looks like somebody copied templates to the theme, and they missed the "?" in the first line:
xml version="1.0" encoding="<{$channel_charset}>"?>
It should work now....

There are currently some "hidden" functions in SMARTFAQ since the main menu isn't being used. For example there's no way to submit a new question:
https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/request.php?op=add

or to provide an answer:
https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/open_index.php

I've been trying to convince Bleekk to add a 2nd "navbar" like we had in the previous theme, which would show the options for the currently selected module, i.e. when you are in SmartFAQ, you could see the "Submit", "Answer", and other choices, but so far without a success
