Run this link:

http://www.yoursite.com/modules/smartfaq/admin/import.php

I've made the link visible in the Admin - it's now updated in the SVN

This is the current update on this:

1) I've updated the existing old XoopsFAQ 1.10 to work on XOOPS 2.5.6 and tested it on PHP 5.4.17. It is the version 1.11. Tatane reported that it works OK for him. If you need it, you can download it from XOOPS File Repository.

2) I'll work on update script in the XoopsFAQ 1.24, so you'll be able to update existing versions 1.10 and 1.15. Please note: this will be the last release of XoopsFAQ, as we'll concentrate our resources on the SmartFAQ.

3) I'll also work on an Import script in SmartFAQ, so you could convert XoopsFAQ (either 1.1x or 1.2x) to SmartFAQ.

I'll keep you posted on the progress...

This has been done as a "quick fix", and is now committed to SVN. Please test it and let me know if it works.

This is not a permanent solution because it is basically a "one-off" solution. We'll be looking to solve module updates that required database changes using a special class for it, so it could be utilized by all modules. But for the time being if it works, then we can live with it.

I hope to work over weekend on SmartFAQ...
