I assume that when you put the html document in another directory it also doesn't work.
You could also try with putting the swf files in the module directory.

Hi all,

That appears to be the answer - the swf files need to be in the module directory. The video can be accessed from other directories, provided that the relative link to the video is given in the html.

Proof available here.
