I would love to see folsomliving.com's mod_rewrite rules / .htaccess file.

Too bad. I just noticed it looks like they've forgotten to rewrite at least one page that lists many of the same pages except the urls aren't rewritten causing duplicate pages. I've heard sites can be penalized by some search engines for this.
