You have some good /*comments*/ in the css already telling the secret.(( the lines that are found in-between the slash and a star.))
Okay if you want to change the look of your forum newbb.
Now go to the templates of your forum and look for
styles in it.
The corresponding style in the templates and the one you have in the that style sheet you have posted.
View the 'source page' for forum over your browser, it will tell you few more secrets.
when viewing the source - check for the name of theses style which you have in the css and try change the name, and see what happens to your forum
It is a good/fast way to see much, but then rename it back to the original name..
always keep a clean original copy somewhere for later use if anything goes wrong..
