You need to supply the info JensClas suggested. Otherwise it is very difficult for anyone do help and could be 1 of 1000s of possible solutions.

I also suggest you get rid of the Module you renamed from your site. Restore the original module and change the name back in those places you changed it.

Then do a search for How to Change a Module Name.
