I was going to post the link to its article in the download section here, but I couldn't find it, so I posted the direct link to where it's hosted on my site.

The result of the getcwd function showed that it is looking in the root of the website itself.

I do have not a firewall issue as I am working on a server on my local network.

I turned on php debugging in the PHP.INI and also set the XOOPS debug mode in the mySQL configuration table.

Also the admin pages will not let me in...keep getting the message that I am not allowed to access the admin functions.

Thoughts?
