I may use another company myself (see below :)) but I still think the free month promotion is a very nice move on your support.

Keep up the good work, as you do seem to have a number of very happy customers here.

Update:
A few customers (a FEW) have finally asked for their credits.


Other news:
We are developing a small XOOPS area to put a few tutorials in and other info.. the idea was inspired by some recent site design changes and a little bit of creative graphic work that occured around 3 A.M.

You'd have to visit our forum and go to the News section to see what's in the works.

this looks a damn fine deal if u ask me..

i keep tryin to persuade my partner to jump to the idea of changing hosts.. (he's very stubborn and reluctant to move to anything other than a UK host)

i'll work on him tho..

i like the new look on your site kayla :)

and excellent work regarding the XOOPS side of things, i'm sure every1 here appreciates it deeply..

and it's very nice to actually read a web hosts forum and actively see staff on them, that aren't just replying to problems, but actually joining in with the actual community they have..

I just purchased another plan with surpass on behalf of a client. bought a domain name put up a test and production site, all done and working in less than 24 hours. As before, the hosting was just part of the process, rather than a headacke because things dont work. This is hosting as it should be.

Well done surpass. You continue to live up to your name ...
