Why would xoops.org have this problem? As Robert stated three times, and pointed you towards, it's a PHP problem, not a XOOPS problem.

Hey catscity I dunno if you've fixed it by now or not but... just to let you know... I had the same problem... all I did was uploaded the register.php file and overwrote it... everything is fine now (I just did this... so Im still very much relieved, hope you will be too)
