[Team End User] Mid-August Report.

I wish to report the end-user team is alive and doing well.

We are doing our work on http://xoops-end-user.com.

When you make a visit to the entry page of the end-user community, you will be greeted with a copy of the XOOPS documents files that reiterate the initial goals of XOOPS and documents the backbone of what XOOPS is all about.

If you should plow deeper into the site you will find the more recent blogs by Stephen Walli. and a forward looking report by Our own Taiwen Jiang, A XOOPS Story: On Development of Free Software and Open Source Community in China.

So moving right along from the opening page we travel to the http://www.xoops.net.br where we find a working model of the newest XOOPS release from Brazil. The stage is set for unfettered access to examine the look and feel of this new XOOPS Brasil version.

Continuing on to the subdirectory http://www.xoops.net.br , we find The XOOPS WikiMod is installed with this 2.0.16 XOOPS version, again with the idea of easy access to help others visible see the structure of the no frills core.

Finally, we get to the community play house... http://www.xoops.net.br , this is where we do 'our' thing. We have our own Wiki Community, a place where we can show a picture of the kids, the biggest fish we caught or just browse our neighbors websites.

After looking at many, actually a whole lot of XOOPS websites, I can see the future is looking bright. Xoopers have so much to offer and it goes far beyond the code, the means, and the product... right down to the very core of life.

Xoops is an experience....
a way of life!

I like that team part.

Maybe we can talk Sailjapan into doing a very small hi-quality one for everyone. Sharing is nice. I lose a lot of quality when I try to cut it down in size.

The ones he sent me are really clear. XOOPS End User does say it all...

@Gilaphp, I need a logo link... to replace your pic. on the Main Page Banner Exchange.

Re: [Team End User] Mid-August Report.

I picked one for the banner exchange area.
I liked all of them. You understood.

You can add images to your user pages too.

It was hard to pick one.

Yes, I liked the Wiki where I could see all the images at once and make a selection. You did perfect.

since you have the links I can take the links out of the banner upload area now, so the next person has a clean tablet for their banner upload.

Thanks,
