Why the signature block does not support HTML codes (these code by WYSIWYG editor)
Can I find a solution here?
I need it supports HTML codes.

can someone answer this for me. i play xbox a ton and i want my gamertag profile card in my sig, how do you do it. here is the code required.

HTML signitures or images are not supported at Xoops.org in signitures.

If you want to use these on your own site, you need to enable html for your forum.

HTML is disabled for signature for security concern.
perhaps they will be re-enabled once we have a good HTML filter.

was pointed at this thread when asking about re-enabling HTML in sigs. Any pointers/directions on how/where this filtering is done so it can be disabled?

I just recently upgraded XOOPS from v1 to 2.3.3 and I have a lot of users that use html (some fairly elaborate) in our private forums that can't be duplicated with bbcode.
