try to download the file from here --->http://devteam.xoops.org/releases/xoops-2.0.15.html

and please the site administrators... make the site be up to date... soo many time takes to modify de "Download XOOPS" page??? ... please make it be up to date ...!!!

i think that the problem is how you call the site... locally in the machine where is installed... you may had installed XOOPS in "http://localhost/xoops/" or something like that ... so the installer writed in the mainfile.php the XOOPS_URL as "http://localhost/xoops" and every image would be looked for there... you want to know which is the problem in the others machines??? well ... in the others machine you hav e to put for example in the browser: "http://192.168.0.2/xoops" to see the page ... ( where 192.168.0.2 is the IP of the server ) ... as you can both URL are diferents ... so the problem is that XOOPS would say that the images are in localhost, not in 192.168... and the browser will not found them

try to change the mainfile.php and in the XOOPS_URL instead of 127.0.0.1 or localhost , try to put your machine IP. And then tell us what is going on!...

something strange happened to me... i don't know why but , my default theme was gone... i put the folder again.. and WALA! it was working again!... check out the templates... try to use the 2.0.14 templates ... from where you can't access... from the users.php , from block... both???

you also can put a index.php in your domain root directory with the next text..

header("Location:http://www.mywebsite.com/xoops");
?>

is easier...

move all the content of www.mywebsite.com/xoops to your domain root directory --> www.mywebsite.com and change 2 lines in your mainfile.php

Line 1
NOW: define('XOOPS_ROOT_PATH', '/developer/site1/xoops/');
LATER:define('XOOPS_ROOT_PATH', '/developer/site1/');

Line 2
NOW:define('XOOPS_URL', 'http://www.mywebsite.com/xoops');
LATER:define('XOOPS_URL', 'http://www.mywebsite.com');

today i will check my XOOPS in the office... looking for that kind of files...

the information could be used to exploit the server... i don t know how ( im not a hacker )... but i know that more information... more easy for them!...

Yes i think that was made by a hacker...

they include some files from sites with that URL

"http://bis.iframe.ru/master.php?r_addr="

"user9.mshtml.ru"

"user7.htmltags.ru"

i think that the hack is used to capture all your server information as i can see... delete that files!
