I would say for only being into XOOPS for a week your catching on very quickly :) I really like the upper links in the header. I don't believe it is to comic book at all. Looks great.

I have seen new links added to the main menu to outside links as a module. I think it is being used as a one page module with a redirect. I am not sure of this though. But I have seen it used for phpbb forums and before your actually connected to the forum it shows a redirect page. And when it is used as a module you can control permissions to the link. I have asked someone using such a module and I will come back as soon as I find out and post my findings. Until then if anyone knows the mod that I'm talking about or a similar one I myself would like to know.

I'm very interested in a answer to this one. That would be a great feature to add to the banner system. The control of banners per section would be very handy.

I feel much better about using it now. I thank you very much for the responces.

Within cpanel it is called a module. Hence cpanel backup module. Not XOOPS module :) I guess it was the way I wrote it that gave you that idea :)

The link that tl gives is very important. After cloning your theme if you do not change the theme name within the theme file it will simply point at the old template and not the one your changing.

Has anyone here used the cpanel backup module to backup your entire site with xoops. And have you tested it? If yes does it work?

Site looks good :) I have to agree with tl though you need to fix the news link and remove the target blank in the link.
