Changes to Theme Limonade_blogblue

Hi All,

Is the main page of what the user will see, the same 'layout, text file' as per theme.html ?

I understand if I make changes in this file - theme.html ALL pages will reflect the new changes.

Well, it is not. Only one or two pages have been changed, when only one file - theme.html changed.

How do I get all the pages to reflect the new changes?

I'm also manually converting or tanslating French into English.

The theme I'm using is the Limonade_blogblue
which was found from Xoops Community's website/Limonads.com

Please help with full details and Urgently.

Hello,

I have tried your suggestion to change the theme.html page to manually change the words from french to english..

However, it seems to Only change on some pages and not all.

Why ? And how do I get it to change on ALL pages ?

I have had a look and have found, due to this link - a module for "church management"...

It looks very good to produce a Parish List, which the rector (key people in parish) can edit and maintain / make changes etc.

I will look at it in detail. This is very GOOD.

EXCELLENT..

I have just found this. Looks exactly what I want to do as far as my parish lists go...

I still need a way to create parish rosts and users/groups. more about that in the main forum.

When you say open theme.html - and translate...

Do you mean manually change the words to english?

Is there a translation module or ?

Any other help greatly appreciated...

Would this be the same for ALL themes?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to make a template or theme in English?

I download the itt_blueworld theme and LOVE it... but it appears it is in german or dutch.. I need an english version.

Any help greatly appreciated, and urgently would be great :)

Thank you very much wishcraft. I appreciate the replies.

What I was hoping to do is, take the Xoops information (log in panels, modules that people see etc.) and somehow make it so it appears directly within a wordpress theme.

What you mention is the other way around taking a wordpress theme and putting into xoops.

I want to take xoops and put it into wordpress.

Can anyone please offer solutions to do this? If it is too difficult or too expensive, then we will likely leave it for now.

Hello, and many thanks for the replies.

Unforutunately, I do not have a database of the previous data, so mysql or php admin and importing it, is out.

I only have a .csv excel sheet of previous 10 year old data.

In Xoops / a new system - we only want the first 6 months to 2 years included.

I have done a search through Xoops and the .csv importing posts do not have replies to them, so unfortunately that does not help.

Please can any one get back to me and advise the best way to do this. If it is not possible, then I likely would have to re-type in over 200+ blocks of data.
