ive started to read up on css and divs and I am deciphering code in other peoples themes and learning a lot. Its harder for me to visualize what its all going to look like as opposed to using tables
What is invovled in moving a XOOPS site from my local machine to a webserver via the ftp. Do I just need to keep the file structure the same and I guess the most important thing is the database. So, what exactly do I need to do?
Lately I have seen a bif trend of people moving away from using tables and using css with div statements. I mean, I use css to define all my link sytles and other global site prefernces, but why complete replace tables?
I was just given the go ahead to create the Campus Crusade for Christ website for San Diego State Univeristy (Which I help head up at my uni), and I will be using Xoops! This will make things on the administration side much easier for me!
today I met my business partners and presented an idea of focusing on churches and think we are going to market it sometime or other. The seminar training is a good idea. Not sure if I want to pay for food
if you checkouthttp://www.truewell.com/ , its a website that designed portals for churches, but charges $150 a month or something
