its really nice but not so clean. I think, you have always about 10 dif. colors in use.

In the -div class="blockContent"- I like to put a left-margin so that your text is not bumbing with the "wall" to the left.

I don´t know if there is a "Theme-Maker" like a Coffee-Maker.

But why you do not try, to provide an own theme. It is not so heavy, as you think.

AIM - FX has a textfile (I think so) where you stored the text of the banner. So you have to upload this file and write exactly the path in your theme.html or where ever

You may generate a mod and download the the zipfile:

http://www.worldware.com/modules/xoopermod/downloads/nameofmod_0.10.zip

The path will shown by the generator

Example:
Making zip file from output/xsers/ into downloads/xsers_0.10.zip
